Abbre­vi­a­tions:
ch=chain
sl st=slip stitch
sc=single cro­chet 
 
Rnd 1: Chain 4, sl st to form a ring.  Work 12 sc in the ring. 
Sl st in the new col­or of yarn for a col­or change. 
Rnd 2: First Petal; *Ch 3, insert hook in the same stitch, yarn over and pull your yarn up, yarn over and pull your yarn up in the same stitch, insert your hook in the next stitch, pull up your yarn three times, yarn over and pull through all loops on the hook, ch 2, insert hook in the next stitch, sl st,  

Next 5 Petals: insert your hook in the next stitch, Ch 3, *Repeat just like the first petal. Repeat for total of 6 petals, sl st in the last stitch to fin­ish off, weave in your ends.
