• ch – chain

• sl st – slip stitch

• sc – sin­gle cro­chet

• hdc – half dou­ble cro­chet

• dc – dou­ble cro­chet

• tr – tre­ble cro­chet

• dtr – dou­ble tre­ble cro­chet

• yo – yarn over

🧶 Materials:

• Worsted weight yarn: Pink, Pur­ple, White or your pref­er­ence
• Cro­chet hook (sug­gest­ed 3.5 mm – 4.0 mm)
• Yarn nee­dle
• Scis­sors

 Flower Center (Pink Yarn)

Round 1:

• Begin with a mag­ic ring.
• Ch 4 (counts as 1 dc + ch 1).
• (1 dc, ch 1) repeat 7 more times into the ring. (Total of 8 dc, each sep­a­rat­ed by ch 1)
• Join with sl st into the 3rd ch of the start­ing ch‑4.
• You should have 8 dc with ch‑1 spaces between.

Round 2: Petals (Puff/Bobble Stitch)

• Sl st into the first ch‑1 space, ch 1, sc in the space.
• In same space: yo, insert hook, pull up a loop – repeat 5 times total (5 loops on hook), yo, pull through all loops.
• Ch 2, then repeat puff in next ch‑1 space.
• Repeat this puff + ch 2 in each ch‑1 space around (8 petals).
• Join with sl st to top of first puff stitch.
• Fas­ten off the yarn.

 Leaves (Purple Yarn or your choice)

Attach pur­ple yarn in any ch‑2 space between petals.

• To cro­chet a 4‑double cro­chet (4‑dc) clus­ter stitch start­ing with a chain 3, yarn over and insert your hook into the des­ig­nat­ed stitch or space, yarn over and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through the first two loops on your hook, repeat this process three more times in the same stitch or space, leav­ing a total of five loops on your hook, then yarn over and pull through all five loops to com­plete the clus­ter.
• To cro­chet a 4‑double cro­chet (4‑dc) clus­ter, yarn over and insert your hook into the des­ig­nat­ed stitch or space. Yarn over again and pull up a loop, leav­ing three loops on your hook. Yarn over and pull through the first two loops, leav­ing two loops on your hook. Repeat this process three more times, insert­ing your hook into the same stitch or space each time, until you have four unfin­ished dou­ble cro­chet stitch­es on your hook. Final­ly, yarn over and pull through all five loops on your hook to com­plete the clus­ter.
• In each ch‑2 space:
• Ch 3 (counts as par­tial dc), then 3 dc leav­ing last loop on hook. Yo, pull through all loops – clus­ter com­plete
• Ch 2, repeat anoth­er 4‑dc clus­ter in same space.
• Ch 2, move to next space and repeat.

Con­tin­ue this pat­tern (2 clus­ters per ch‑2 space) around all petals (8 sets).

• Join with sl st to top of first clus­ter.
• Fas­ten off the yarn.

 Square Formation (White Yarn)

Attach white yarn in cen­ter between 2 leaves (you’ll see a space between each petal’s leaf pair).

Corner:

• Ch 4, 2 tre­ble cro­chet in same space.
• Ch 2, 3 more triple cro­chet in same space. This cre­ates a cor­ner.

Sides:

• In next space: 3 dc
• Next space: 3 hdc
• Next: 3 dc
• Then repeat cor­ner group in space between next leaf pair.

Repeat pat­tern all around:

• Sides: 3 dc → 3 hdc → 3 dc
• Cor­ners: 3 tr, ch 2, 3 tr

Join with sl st to top of begin­ning ch‑4.

• Fas­ten off white yarn.

 Final Round (Optional: More White)

Join white yarn in any cor­ner space.

In cor­ners:

• (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc)

In each side space:

• (3 dc, ch 1)
