- 1 ¼ lbs sirloin steak, cut into ½‑inch cubes
- 2 tbsp ghee or butter
- Additional salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook the Potatoes:
- Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Add olive oil and 2 tbsp of ghee to the pan.
- Once melted, add the potatoes and sprinkle with garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, then stir and continue cooking for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender, stirring every 1–2 minutes to prevent sticking.
- Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
