Row 9: Sl st with pink yarn, ch 1, sc in each stitch across
Row 10:
Ch 1, work 2 hdc, ch 1, 2 hdc in the first stitch, skip the next stitch, work 2 hdc, ch 1, 2 hdc in the next stitch, skip the next stitch *Repeat across total of 4 shells

Rows 11–14: sl st into the first two hdc, work 2 hdc, ch 1, 2 hdc in the chain 1 space, *Repeat for 3 shells in the next three ch 1 space, **Repeat for 4 Rows.

Sl st with pink yarn around the bor­der of the dress. At the top, chain 20, sl st on the oppo­site side. This chain will be the strap over the dish soap noz­zle.
