They mea­sure about 3 inch­es wide and 4 inch­es long.

Abbre­vi­a­tions:
ch=chain
sl st=slip stitch
sc=single cro­chet
dc=double cro­chet
hdc-half dou­ble cro­chet
ch=chain

Any col­or you pre­fer, k hook.

Row 1: Ch 2, work 5 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook. turn
Row 2: Ch 2 (counts as first dc), dc in the same stitch as the ch 2, 2dc in each sc across, turn ‑10 dc
 
Row 3: Ch 1, hdc in the first dc, ch 2, Picot Stitch (slip stitch in the 2nd chain from the hook), Ch 1, Slip stitch in the same stitch,
Con­tin­ue with Row 3: Skip the next dc, sl st in the next dc, Ch 2, dc in the same stitch, Ch 3, Picot Stitch (slip stitch in the 3rd chain from the hook), dc, Ch 2, sl st in the same stitch,

Last Row: This will be the Stem part: sl st into the next stitch, sl st in the begin­ning chain cir­cle of ch 2, work 3 sc, chain 5 (this is the stem), sl st in the 2nd chain from the hook and sl st in each remain­ing chains, work 3 sc in the same begin­ning chain cir­cle, sl st in the next stitch, Fas­ten off. Weave in the ends.
