Start: Chain 19
Row 1: slip stitch in the 2nd chain from the hook, then half dou­ble cro­chet in the next chain,*sl st in the next chain, half dou­ble in the next, *Repeat across, end with a hdc every time.
row  2:  *chain 1, turn, sl st in the first stitch, hdc in the next, alter­nate on top of each oth­er, end with hdc
row 3:  *Repeat Row 2 for the rest of the Head­band, chain 1, turn, sl st in the first stitch, hdc in the next stitch.
Make this until Head­band until it reach­es the cir­cum­fer­ence of your head and sub­tract 2 inch­es, so my head is 22 inch­es, so I made it for 20 inch­es. Then sc in each stitch across for the last row. Then slip stitch the ends togeth­er.
Cen­ter Band: Chain 5, turn, sc in the 2nd chain from the hook and sc across, turn.
sc in each sc across for 7 rows total. ‑4 sc
As shown in the video, secure the cen­ter band around the head­band’s cen­ter with a yarn nee­dle. Fas­ten off.
