For the main part of the hat, we’ll use basic cro­chet stitch­es, includ­ing sin­gle cro­chet and slip stitch. For added tex­ture, make sure to cro­chet in the back loop only.

rnd 3. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), *2dc in next dc, dc in the next dc, Repeat from *around, join with sl st. ‑33 dc

*Increas­ing and Shap­ing:*
You’ll need to increase stitch­es at spe­cif­ic points to shape the hat. This ensures a per­fect fit. Don’t for­get to use a stitch mark­er to keep track of your rounds.
