I hook 

Row 1: chain 30, Turn, sc in each stitch across, Turn

Rows 2–220: sc in each stitch across, Turn, 

I did about 220 rows, you can do as many rows as you desire. 

If you would like to add col­ors, I did a sl st in about the 16 Row, then added light blue for 3 rows, then did 4 rows of dark blue, then 3 rows of light blue, then back to dark blue yarn for 15 more rows. 

For Tas­sels on both ends, I did a ch 2, hdc in each stitch across for one row on both ends for tas­sels. 

Sl st in 7 strands of 7 inch­es of yarn and looped them on for the first stitch, then skipped a stitch, and cre­at­ed anoth­er group of 7 strands of 7 inch­es of yarn for the next tas­sel, *Repeat across. I hope you enjoyed this sim­ple cro­chet scarf for begin­ners!
