Rnd 1: Chain 13, sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, sc in each chain across, work 3 sc in the last chain. Work on the oppo­site side, Don’t Turn, and sc across, work 2 sc in the last stitch. 
Rnds 2–9: Ch 1, Hdc in each back loop around, Use a mark­er to keep track of the rounds, work in con­tin­u­al rounds.
Rnd 10: Ch 3(Counts as a dc), dc in each hdc around, sl st. This is where you will place the rib­bon, so take it and weave it in and out each dc and tie a bow in the front.
Top: Ch 3(Counts as a dc), work 4 dc in the same hdc, *sc in the next hdc, work 5 dc in the next hdc, *Repeat around. sl st. Fas­ten off and weave in the ends.
