I measured my wrist, and they were about 6.5–6.75 inches around. These mittens fit nicely around my wrist; you can always make your cuff bigger by adding more rows, or more minor, too, by making fewer rows for the cuff.
Make 2 Mittens, H hook
Row 1: CUFF: chain 9, work sc in each ch across, turn ‑8 sc (these numbers at the end may vary for you, but its an estimate)
Rows 2–28: sc in each back loop across, turn *Repeat to 28 rounds, ‑8sc
Rnd 29: fold the rows of 28 in half and sc across the edges to close it to make a cuff
Rnd 30: sc in each sc around, sl st ‑28sc
Rnd 31: hdc in each sc around, work in continual rounds now, without a slip stitch, use a marker to keep track of your rounds.
Rnd 32: hdc in the next hdc, 2hdc in the next, *Repeat around, ‑42 hdc
