Instructions:
G hook

rnd 1: Work 11 dc in a Magic Circle, sl st on top of the chain 3. -11 dc

Crochet a Magic Circle with Double Crochet Video:

 

 
rnd 2. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in same st. as joining, 2dc in each dc around. join with sl st on top of chain 3. -22 dc
rnd 3. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), *2dc in next dc, dc in the next dc, Repeat from *around, join with sl st. -33 dc
rnd 4. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in the next dc, 2dc in the next dc, *dc in the next two dc, 2dc in the next dc, Repeat from *around, join with sl st. -44 dc
rnd 5. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in the 2 next two dc, 2dc in the next dc, *dc in the next 3 dc, 2dc in the next dc. Repeat from * around, join with sl st. -55 dc
rnds 6-desired length (lengths are listed above), Ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in each dc around, sl st to join. -55 dc, Repeat this until your hat reaches 7 inches or for your desired hat size and length. Fasten off and Weave in the ends.
Ears:
White yarn,
I hook
Rnd 1: ch 2, work 5 hdc in the 2nd chain from the hook, sl st, -5 hdc
Rnd 2:  Work 2 hdc in each hdc around, sl st -10 hdc
Rnd 3: hdc in each hdc around, work without the sl st, -10 hdc
Rnd 4: *hdc in the next hdc, 2 hdc in the next, -15 hdc
Rnds 5-8: *hdc in each hdc around, *Repeat this round 4 times total, -15 hdc
Rnd 9: *2 half double crochet together decrease in the next two hdc, *Repeat this 8 times.  sl st, Now Sew the ears on top of the head about 3 inches apart, sew the ears in the front and back to make sure they stand up.
Nose: 
Pink yarn
H hook
ch 2, work 2 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, -2 sc
Rnd 2: work 2 sc in the next two sc, turn -4 sc
Rnd 3: *sc in each sc across, turn -4 sc *Repeat twice, Fasten off. Sew the nose on the bottom center of the hat. Make sure the point to the triangle nose is at the bottom.
Mouth: Take a yarn needle and sew the mouth on by sewing a line down the middle from the nose and two slants on both sides for the smile.
Eyes: Sew on two buttons on the center of the hat above the nose about 2 inches apart.
