* Green yarn (for stem)
* Red yarn (for straw­ber­ry)
* Cro­chet hook:

* Slip stitch (sl st)

* Dou­ble cro­chet (dc)
Green Yarn, G hook or for a big­ger size, go up on hook size.
1. In Mag­ic Cir­cle, Chain 1, Work 10 sin­gle cro­chets in the ring. 
Hang­ing Loop, Chain 10, sl st, sl st in the next stitch
3. Chain 3 (counts as first dc). dc the same stitch, 2dctog clus­ter in the next stich and each stitch around to the begin­ning. 
A 2 dc togeth­er (2dctog) clus­ter is made by join­ing two dou­ble cro­chets into one stitch. Yarn over, insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through two loops (leave two loops on the hook), then repeat in the next stitch; yarn over and pull through all loops on the hook to fin­ish the clus­ter.
* Fin­ish around, fas­ten off green yarn.
Straw­ber­ry Body (Red Yarn)
1. Attach Red Yarn with a slip knot onto the hook.
* Insert hook between the clus­ter stitch­es by the begin­ning stitch­es.
* Pull red yarn through.
 Chain 3, In each space between stem clus­ters,
work 3 dou­ble cro­chets (dc)** togeth­er as a group in the same stitch, (To make 3 dou­ble cro­chets (dc) togeth­er in the same stitch, yarn over, insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop, then yarn over and pull through two loops, leav­ing the last two loops on your hook. Repeat this process two more times in the same stitch until you have four loops on your hook, then yarn over and pull through all loops to com­plete the group.)
*ch 1, work 3 dc in the next space in between the clus­ters, ch 1, *Repeat to the last space, work 4dc togeth­ere clus­ter, (A 4 dc cro­chet togeth­er clus­ter is a stitch where four dou­ble cro­chets are par­tial­ly worked and joined into one. First, yarn over and insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through two loops (leave the last two loops on the hook).
