rnd 1: ch 5- slip stitch to form a ring, ch 3 (counts as a Dc), 11 dc in the ring, join with sl st. on top of ch 3. ‑12 sts.
rnd 2. ch 2, (Counts as first Dc), dc in same st. as join­ing, 2dc in each st. around. join with sl st on top of chain 2. ‑24 sts.
rnd 3. ch 2, (Counts as first Dc), *2dc in next st., dc in the next stitch, repeat from *around, join with sl st. ‑36 sts.
rnd 4. ch 2, (Counts as first Dc), dc in the next st., 2dc in the next st., *dc in the next two stitch­es, 2dc in the next stitch, repeat from *around, join with sl st. ‑48 sts.
rnd 5. ch 2,(Counts as first Dc), dc in the 2 next two sts., 2dc in the next stitch; *dc in the next 3 stitch­es, 2dc in the next stitch.  repeat from * around, join (60 sts)

Rnd 6. *ch2, dc in each st around, *Repeat for 4 rounds, then the next round, add a Cream Strip, with a dc in each dc around for that round.

rnds 7- Con­tin­ue with, *ch2, dc in each st around, join *Repeat to a length about 7 inch­es long or to your desired length. slip stitch.
 
Brim: count over about 19 stich­es, sl st.
ch 1, skip dc, work 2hdc in 19 stitch­es across (38 hdc total)
skip 1 stitch, next stitch do a sl st., sl stitch again in the next stitch. turn
work 1 hdc between each hdc (38 hdc total) sl st in the next stitch, turn
work 1 hdc between each hdc(38 hdc total) sl st in the next stitch, cut the yarn and weave in the ends.

rnd 1. ch 2, do 10 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook with cream yarn, sl st in the beg. st.
rnd 2. sc in the same stitch, *ch 3, skip the next st., sc in the next st., with green yarn, *repeat, until you have 5(3 chains) sl st in the last stitch.
rnd 3. *ch 1, do 6dc in the chain 3 space, ch 1, sl st in the pre­vi­ous sc with green yarn, *repeat until you have 5(6 ped­als) sl st.
