H hook, Hold­er
Row 1. Start with a ch 10, hdc  in the 3rd ch from the hook, turn ‑8 hdc
Rows 2–15. *Ch 1, hdc in each stitch across, Turn ‑8 hdc *Repeat this Row 14 times
Row 16. Ch 1, hdc2tog decrease, hdc in the next 4 stitch­es across, hdc2tog decrease, Turn ‑6 hdc
Row 17. Ch 1, hdc2tog decrease, hdc in the next 2 stitch­es across, hdc2tog decrease, Turn ‑4 hdc
Row 18. Ch 1, hdc in each stitch across,Turn ‑4 hdc
Row 19. Ch 1, hdc2tog decrease, hdc2tog decrease, ‑2 hdc, fas­ten off.
Sew the But­ton on the cen­ter of the bot­tom of Row 1. Then you can fold it and fas­ten the but­ton unto the oth­er side.
Ring
Sl st with your yarn around the ring, sc around the ring 50 times, sl st. Fas­ten off. Depend­ing on your ring size, you may only need to sin­gle cro­chet around less or more. A medi­um to large ring is best.
Take the but­ton top wrap it around the ring, and but­ton it togeth­er. Then you can place your tow­el inside the ring. And secure the but­ton top around some­thing in your home, like a stove han­dle or tow­el han­dle in your bath­room.
