The magic ring, also known as the magic circle, will be the foundation of your project. This technique creates a tightly closed beginning, resulting in a seamless and polished look for your crochet amigurumi whale. As you work through the pattern, you’ll use simple crochet stitches like single crochet (sc), increase (sc inc), and decrease (invisible decrease) to shape your adorable whale.
Don’t forget to insert safety eyes to give your little guy that extra cuteness. And if you’re new to amigurumi, this project is a perfect introduction.
