Instructions:  J hook
rnd 1. Create a Magic Circle and Work 12 dc in the ring, sl st.  -12 sts.
rnd 2. ch 3 (counts as the first stitch), dc in same st. as joining, 2dc in each st. around. join with sl st on top of chain 3. -24 sts.
rnd 3. ch 3 (counts as the first stitch), *2dc in next st., dc in the next stitch, repeat from *around, join with sl st. -36 sts.
rnds 4-7.  ch 3, dc in each stitch around. join with sl st. -36 sts. *Repeat for 4 Rounds Total.
rnd 8. ch 3, treble crochet in each dc around, sl st -36 sts. Take a Ribbon and weave it in and out of each Treble crochet and tie bow on the opposite side of the seam.
rnd 9. ch 3, dc in each stitch around. join with sl st. -36 sts.
rnd 10. sl st, *work 4 hdc in the next dc, sl st in the next dc, *Repeat around, join with a sl st.
