BLANKET (With G hook)

Start: in the MR, ch 2 (counts as first dc), 2 dc, ch 2, (3 dc, ch 2) x3, sl st in the ch 3. then sl st in the next two stitches, for a color change, pull the color through the loop, then sl st into the chain 2 space

Round 2 and onward (R2+):
Chain 3 (counts as first double crochet), 2 double crochets in the same stitch, chain 2, 3 double crochets in the same stitch (this forms the corner). Then, in each side space, work 3 double crochets. In each chain‑2 corner space, work (3 double crochets, chain 2, 3 double crochets). Slip stitch into the top of the beginning chain 3. Next, slip stitch into the next two stitches. For a color change, pull the new color through the loop, then slip stitch into the next chain‑2 corner space.
Repeat this pattern for each round.

Continue for 10 total rounds, or until the desired size

Assembly & Details

Sew ears to top sides of the head at the 4th round.
Add two eyes and nose to create a face. Optional, can add whiskers with thread and needle.
Attach head to center of blanket securely.
Sew arms to both sides of the head, positioned slightly below the ears.
