Rnd 1: Make two curlices in two dif­fer­ent col­ors.
Chain 24, work *3 sc in the sec­ond chain from the hook, *Repeat 3 sc in each chain across to the end. 
Fas­ten off and weave in your ends. 
Com­bine the two curlicues. Sew the ends togeth­er.
Bow:
G hook, Red yarn
Chain 11
Row 1: *sc in next 4 chains, sl st in the next two, sc in the next 4 chains, Turn
