Rnd 1: Work ch 3 (counts as dc), then 11 dc into magic ring sl st into the chain 3 -12 dc
Rnd 2: ch 2 (counts as hdc), work ch 1, *hdc in the next stitch, ch 1, *Repeat around, sl st in the ch 2,  -12 hdc 
Rnd 3: sl st into the ch 1, Work ch 3 (counts as dc), dc, ch 1, *work 2 dc in the next ch 1 space, ch 1, *Repeat around, sl st into the ch 3
Rnd 4: sl st into the ch 1, Work ch 3 (counts as dc) 2 dc, ch 2, work 3 dc in the next ch 1 space, ch 1, sl st into the ch 3
Rnd 5: sl st into the ch 1, Work ch 3 (counts as dc) 2 dc, ch 2, work 3 dc in the next ch 2 space, ch 2, sl st into the ch 3
Rnd 6: sl st into the ch 2, Work ch 3 (counts as dc) 2 dc, ch 2, work 3 dc in the next ch 1 space, ch 1, sl st into the ch 3

Connect the two sides with yarn and yarn needle, halfway through, place it onto the bulb. Then weave in your ends.
