You can make this headband for any child, measure their head, and then subtract about 2 inches off the length around. My daughter’s head is 20.5 inches around, so I made the headband length 17.5 to 18  inches long.

I made this for my 6-year-old daughter.

Child 3-10 yrs, head Cir., 19″-20 1/2″

You may want to use a smaller hook for the facial features if it’s a smaller headband for a small child.
