I will show you how to make these Christmas trees. I use cones from Michael’s, yarn, a hot glue gun, and some decorations. Okay, so it’s pretty easy and fun to do. Okay, so let’s get started.

These are the cones that I’m going to use; I got them from Michael’s. They’re about three to four dollars apiece. I will place some hot glue on top, then coil the thick yarn (it’s like a sparkle Lion Brand yarn) and twist it on the center. Then, wrap it around, and I will gradually add a hot glue gun. You don’t want to do too much, but you’ll need enough so it sticks to your tree.

Another way to use the glue gun is in sections. Take your glue and place it in sections so you’re not over-gluing. That’s another way, too, if you have too much glue on there. So this is what it looks like when it’s finished, and I will add some decorative gems to the tree with the glue gun.

For the small tree, I will take fun fur and regular yarn and chain about 400 chains or so to wrap around the small tree. This will make the tree cute and fuzzy, so you’re just going to yarn over and pull through and continue, depending on the size of your tree. It did take more than a few hundred chains to create the fuzzy yarn with the regular yarn.

So, I did this the same way: I started on the top and coiled the yarn together. Then, I added glue going in the opposite direction this time. It doesn’t matter which direction you do it in, and I’m just placing the glue around with the yarn each time I wrap it around it so it has something to stick to. Keep wrapping it around until you reach the bottom and the tree is complete. It looks cool when it’s finished.

This is how this one turned out, and I like it. It’s charming, and I love the red for the holidays. So this is both of them. I didn’t add any decor to the white one yet, but I will later. The red one is enjoyable with that fun fur. I hope you enjoyed this demonstration, and thank you for watching.
